This marks a groundbreaking achievement as Dhupguri Cold Storage becomes the first cold storage in North Bengal to adopt solar energy at this scale.
The new solar system, installed on an RCC rooftop structure, has a daily solar generation of 747.6 units, contributing significantly to the energy requirements of this Cold Storage and Food Processing facility. With this move, Dhupguri Cold Storage is set to achieve annual savings of Rs. 2,319,429, enhancing their operational efficiency while contributing to a sustainable future.
